Michael Cullen is an education and special education attorney who helps students, families, and organizations navigate complex education-related issues.
Earlier in his legal career, Michael represented school districts and local education agencies. That experience allows him to approach education disputes with a practical understanding of both the legal framework and the day-to-day realities facing schools and families.
Michael also brings extensive experience in public policy and government leadership. He previously served as Chief of Staff to two Nevada Lieutenant Governors, where he worked closely with legislators, state agencies, education leaders, and community stakeholders on a wide range of policy and governance matters.
Today, Michael’s work draws on this combined experience in law, education systems, and public service. Whether advising families navigating special education challenges or assisting organizations on policy matters, he is committed to helping clients understand their options and move forward with clarity and confidence.
